Four hands, one community
The university department that provides the houses and arranges repairs.
The student union, parent body of JKRKS.
Student volunteers who look after welfare, check in and the houses.

The job
What a house PIC is responsible for.
They are unpaid students with their own coursework. Knowing what is and is not theirs to fix saves everybody a fortnight.
- Keeping their house in good condition, and taking resident complaints
- Opening maintenance tickets and passing the ticket number to HEP
- Enforcing the house rules
- Recording rent receipts and reporting payment status upward
- Escalating anything they cannot settle to the Pengerusi and Timbalan Pengerusi
- Running check-in and check-out
